Asthma Support Group
Well, my weekend involved another ambulance ride to the ER. oh the joys of being an asthmatic. lol.
Our minds are an amazing tool. Our bodies can react to the way we think. What we feed our minds seems to dictate how we live. It just takes a lot of practice to decide how we are going to think.
Psalm 46:1 "God is our refuge and strength, A very present help trouble."
My heart is very heavy this morning. I am so thankful that God lets me cry on His shoulder and listens to me. I can depend on Him to be my strength.
It's a new day....to do your best and be proud of yourself!
Today seems pretty awesome. Almost all the posts I've read today have been light hearted, or of people looking to get better. I am not seeing much at all in the way of complaining. Wow...that lifts me up....God, BLESS US ALL.TODAY, AMEN!!!!
A great big thank you for all the prayers. My mom is home now and doing much better. If it wasn't for all my friends here, I would have felt isolated and alone and scared.
Deep down inside we all have a thirst that can only be quenched by a personal relationship with God.
